Fuel the body regularly to stop spikes in your blood sugars. Rice cakes, nuts, fruit, veggies all make great and quick snacks. Prepare your snacks the night before so you can grab and go in the morning.
It doesn’t have to be big or fancy, but giving your body constant fuel prevents you grabbing sugary snacks to pick up your blood sugar.

Ensuring you have a good mix of healthy fats, carbohydrates, vegetables and fruit will mean that you are covering all bases of a healthy diet, leading to better circulation, skin, and overall health.
